Extracapsular disc spatula designed by Lischetti M.D., developed for controlled manipulation of the crystalline lens during extracapsular cataract extraction procedures. 

The disc-shaped working tip provides a stable, atraumatic contact surface that allows safe rotation, positioning and manipulation of the nucleus while minimizing stress on capsular structures. The instrument offers excellent tactile feedback and precise surgical control during manual ECCE techniques.
