Pediatric scleral depressor designed for vitreoretinal examination and surgical procedures in premature and pediatric patients. 

The instrument, developed according to the Dr. Pini model, features a flat disc tip specifically designed to provide gentle and controlled scleral indentation while minimizing pressure on delicate ocular tissues. Its geometry allows safe peripheral retinal visualization and manipulation during pediatric vitreoretinal procedures. 

The design is particularly suitable for the anatomical characteristics of neonatal and premature eyes, where precise and atraumatic indentation is essential.
