Forceps used to express occluded and inflamed Meibomian glands. The screw adjustable mechanism allows opening up to  3 mm. The regulation between 0 mm (maximum expression) and 3 mm (minimum expression) is obtained with the screw mechanism. The tip has been studied in order to limit the invasiveness of the device obtaining optimal comfort for the patient (the patient is not hurt and the procedure does not require anaesthetic)
